Nicole Hampshire is a psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, having graduated with a degree in Psychology. She is trained in a variety of therapy modalities including, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Grief and Trauma, Drug and Alcohol Counselling, Group Therapy and Play Therapy. Nicole has completed the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and has experience in marriage and couple counselling.
Working for four years in a community crisis centre gave Nicole the opportunity to specialise in crisis care and participate in suicide and intervention programmes.
She has gained experience in working with clients with relationship and mental health concerns, crisis situations and suicidal thoughts.
Her approach is client centred and is committed to working collaboratively with clients to explore possibilities for change.
